How long does an order take to process?

Standard orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Promotional or limited-edition items may take 5–10 business days during busy periods. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I personalise items with my own design or photo?

Absolutely — that’s what we love doing. After ordering a customisable product, you can upload your image, logo or text. For complex projects (corporate orders, large bulk runs, multiple designs), email us at craftstudiobyann@gmail.com and we’ll work through the artwork together.

Can I return or refund a personalised item?

Custom-made items are crafted specifically for you and can’t be refunded unless we made an error during production. If something’s wrong, contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order. Non-personalised items can be returned in unused condition within 5 days for a refund. See our full refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While we package every order securely, shipping damage can happen. Email us with photos at craftstudiobyann@gmail.com as soon as it arrives and we’ll help resolve it with the courier.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or email us and we’ll resend the details.
