How long until I get my personalised caricature mug?
Most orders ship within 5–7 working days of approving your proof. Then allow another 1–3 days for delivery within Ireland. Need it sooner? In that case, message us before ordering and we’ll do our best.
What kind of photo should I send?
Generally, clear, bright, front-facing photos work best. As a result, please avoid heavy filters, dark lighting or sunglasses. If you’re unsure, send the photo first via WhatsApp and we’ll let you know if it’ll work.
Can I add more than one face?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, couples, families and pets are all welcome. Just let us know who’s in the photo when you upload.
