One-off digitising fee — €25 (first order only)
For your first order of any new logo, we add a €25 digitising fee. This converts your artwork into the embroidery file used by the machine. As a result, all subsequent orders with that same logo skip this fee — you only pay for the hats themselves at the tier prices above.
In addition, if you already have an embroidery-ready file (DST, EMB, or PXF format), let us know in the message field and we’ll waive the digitising fee.

Generally, hand-wash in cool water and reshape while damp. However, avoid the tumble dryer to protect the embroidery. In addition, dry flat to keep the beanie’s shape.

How long until I get my custom logo beanies?
Most single orders ship within 5–7 working days. However, bulk orders (10+) typically take 2–3 weeks depending on quantity and design complexity. As a result, please order well ahead of any deadline.
Why is there a digitising fee on the first order?
Embroidery machines need a special file format that’s built specifically for your logo. Generally, the digitising work is one-off — once it’s done, your logo file is ours to keep, so reorders go straight to the machine without that fee. As a result, repeat orders of the same logo are much cheaper.
Do you offer custom quotes for very large orders (100+)?
Yes, absolutely. For very large orders or complex designs, get in touch at craftstudiobyann@gmail.com with your design and quantity, and we’ll send a custom quote.
What file format should I send my logo in?
Generally, vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS) give the cleanest embroidery. However, high-resolution PNG or JPG (1000px+) also works well. As a result, we may ask you to resend if the file is too small or low-quality for clean stitching.
Can I get a single beanie just for myself with a custom design?
Of course — minimum order is 1. Furthermore, single beanies are perfect for hen/stag dos, milestone gifts, or testing a design before committing to bulk.
