Frequently asked questions
How long until I get my personalised cuddly teddy?
Most orders ship within 5–7 working days. Then allow another 1–3 days for delivery within Ireland. In addition, we ship across the EU and UK.
Is the teddy safe for newborns?
Yes, absolutely. Our teddies conform to European Toy Safety Standard EN71 and are suitable from birth. However, please remove all tags before handing to a child.
Will the printed name fade over time?
No, the print is professionally heat-applied so it survives multiple washes without fading. As a result, the keepsake stays beautiful for years.
Can I add a longer message instead of just a name?
Yes — short quotes, birth announcements, or a name with a date all work well. Above all, just keep it brief enough to read clearly on the teddy’s tummy.
Can I order multiple for a multiples (twins, triplets)?
Of course — we love sets! For multiples or bulk orders, drop us a line at craftstudiobyann@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a quote.
