Because every golf towel is personalised and embroidered to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once embroidery has begun. Please double-check spellings, names and design proof carefully before approving. If your towel arrives damaged or there’s an embroidery error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll re-stitch or refund.
