Custom Made Items

Custom made items are crafted specifically for you and, therefore, cannot be refunded unless a mistake was made by our team during production. If you believe there was an error on our part, please reach out to us within 2-3 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.

Shipping Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure your items are packaged securely, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Non-Custom / Non-Personalised Items

Refunds for non-custom or non-personalised items are processed within 2-7 business days pending approval. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
